ABOUT FEELING FOR HEALING

Meet Your Health Coach, Kelly.

Feeling for Healing was founded by Kelly in 2022 following ten years of study in psychology, rehabilitation, mental health, and wellbeing. ​​She holds a Master of Arts in Psychology, a Postgraduate Certificate in Rehabilitation and is both a Certified Trauma Professional and certified Breathwork Coach.

Kelly also draws on an additional 140+ hours of continuing education training in pain management, ADHD interventions, Sleep Science, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotionally Focussed Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and both ancient and modern breathwork techniques.

​​I encourage clients to take an active role in their sessions building our techniques into their life in a way that is sustainable and practical. As we move through you will have the opportunity to switch between explorative and experiential work and science-backed techniques.

 

I strongly believe in sharing knowledge, so a key aspect of each coaching session is to explain what is happening within the body and brain and why a particular technique may be helpful. You can get a taste  of my style and philosophies in our blog.

Overall, my aim is to help busy people achieve their well-being goals using scientifically proven interventions that naturally allow for greater recovery and balance so you can live your best life.
