Breathwork Session

Service Description

With a range of ancient and modern breathing techniques available we will put together a session that meets your goals whether that is to relax, move stuck energy through the body, or feel energised. Certain breathwork techniques can bring about profound trauma release or are contraindicated with some health conditions, if you are new to breathwork please discuss this with us prior to your session so we can make any necessary accommodations.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and there will be times you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. We appreciate you doing so as soon as possible. Any appointment may be rescheduled without penalty up to 1 hour before the original appointment time. Appointments rescheduled within an hour of the original time will incur a 25% charge of the service cost. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the original appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the service cost. All no shows and missed appointments will incur a 100% charge (ie no refund will be made available).
