Follow-up consultations

Service Description

Booked after your your initial consultation, these sessions allow for ongoing work towards your goals. Each session will include a recap of our previous work before we move forward. These longer sessions allow us the chance to delve deeper into your experiences and emotions without leaving you in an elevated state of distress. These are also perfect if you wish to incorporate a longer technique practice into a coaching session. These can be alternated with micro coaching sessions on the weeks you have more time or a desire to delve into those deeper emotions.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and there will be times you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. We appreciate you doing so as soon as possible. Any appointment may be rescheduled without penalty up to 1 hour before the original appointment time. Appointments rescheduled within an hour of the original time will incur a 25% charge of the service cost. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the original appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the service cost. All no shows and missed appointments will incur a 100% charge (ie no refund will be made available).
