Animal/Monster Worry Stones

Worry stones have been used across the world in many countries including ancient Greece, Tibet, and Ireland, and by a number of Native American tribes to reduce anxiety. 
 
These worry stones are a simple tool for both adults and children to use.
 
Their predominant use is as a grounding tool when anxiety and/or worry strikes. Simply rubbing the stone with your thumb and channelling your attention towards it can help counter threatening stimuli input and distract from worrying thoughts.
