Our breathing necklaces were so popular we've brought in a second style!
 
So what makes these ones different? Well for starters they are sleeker, the smaller tube not only looks appealing but provides increased resistance on exhalation, The straight cut square tube gives them a discreet and modern look while the small tag provides visual interest and additional fidgeting power. The belcher chain is also thicker and slightly longer at 65-70cm long giving it a more robust usable feel. Breathing necklaces help the user to deepen and slow the timing of their breathing promoting relaxation.

How they work: The diameter of the necklace straw forces the user to exhale more slowly reducing the effects of hyperventilation and restoring a more balanced breathing pace.
